My pre-teen wanted a perm but I loved her hair it was long and healthly just difficult to comb because it was thick and kinky. I opted for this because I didn't want the error made by many of my friends with their daughters and hair breakage. It was the right move. It's been six months... her hair is health and no breakage. It still has a natural texture to it where I'm able to french braid, twist and now blow dry it straight withhout it poofing up.

I used this product for the first time after many years of being relaxed. Follow the instructions and you won't have a problem. My hair is thicker and growing longer than ever. This product is definitely a staple product. I suggest to anyone who is trying to texlax or retain texture.

Used this product exactly 12 weeks ago; results were good but not fantastic. When I used the product today the results were fabulous! I followed directions exactly and applied no styling or curl products. I used olive oil for conditioning and styling. My curlls have body and softness. Exceptional results obtained with this product.

so i had 4b/4c hair i applied this products and my curls are now 3c/4a i suggest put this on as if your painting the products on your hair but DO NOT COMB it through i racked my fingers through a couple of times and the application time it was 7 minutes and i let it sit for 2 minutes and washed it the first day it was wavy looking and seem like it wouldnt curl but a week later it curled up so pretty now i have tight curls & define coils in my hair i love it! the people who said it dosent work they applied it wrong thet probably comb in through like a relaxer and it made there hair straight they KEY is to no comb through!

I have used this product twice on my daughter's hair. Her hair is very course and it would have to be heavily moisturized to comb through without breaking. However, I did not want her hair to be straight. I followed the directions to the "t" and it softened the hair but it did not straighten the hair. I have noticed less breakage and more growth.

Everyone buying this product should know that texturizers are by generally the same as relaxers the difference being that they are not left in long enough to straighten the hair. Also, no one product is going to work for everyone's hair. That being said, I have used it before and I liked the results. I have 4a hair and have once again gone natural (3rd time, I get bored easily) and I will use it again.
