Pros: It works

Very great product. I love the results I achieved after using this product. My hair felt so silky and strong after using this relaxer; and my hair had so much body and bounce to it which surprised me a lot. This will definitely become a staple.
I didn't get bone straight results which I liked (used the regular); however the finish was still smooth and silky. I also liked the fact that the shampoo had decalcifying properties.

BEST PRODUCT FOR NOT TOO COARSE OF HAIR

Pros: Lightweight, Controls Frizz

If your hair is VERY COARSE this product may not work for you. If your hair is a little coarse just at the roots but naturally becomes straighter with waves in it as it grows out this product is PERFECT for straightening your hair! This product is NOT sodium hydroxide, which you would only use if your hair is VERY COARSE. If you watch Chris Rock's movie "Good Hair" you'll understand how harmful sodium hydroxide is. So, if you naturally grow an Afro your hair is too coarse for this product, and unfortunately only sodium hydroxide will really do the trick for your hair.

Cons: Poor Texture, Not Effective

Didn't do its job. I have coarse hair like a 4b I think. Doesn't straighten hair well. Needed extra heat to make my hair straight and my hair wasn't smooth to the touch. It felt and looked damaged...don't buy; plain and simple.
