I've used this product for close to two years. It's a gentle but effective cleanser for moderate to mild acne skin (2% salicyclic acid). Compared to other cleansers, it's a better choice for the price. I've used other brands, but this is the one I'd buy before settling for the others.

I tried this and it made my skin feel very tight. A couple hours after washing my face it became very red and itchy.

Both returned. Do not use if you have dry skin.
Did not like the green tea scrub either. Like the blemish control scrub way better to clear pores on my nose. Might try the olive oil cleanser.

I am 18 years old and have struggled with acne ranging from mild to severe since I was about 11 years old. I've honestly tried so many things, and nothing worked until I found this cleanser last summer. It cleared my skin up beautifully, it calmed the irritated redness, and it did not dry my skin at all.
Then I stopped using it and started using other things--my face broke out HORRIBLY and left tons of icky little spots all over my face. I remembered how much I loved this cleanser, and how nice my face used to look, so I went and picked up a bottle. I've only been using it for a few days and already I can tell a difference. The couple pimples I had are reducing, my acne marks are much less prominent, and my face feels clean, refreshed, and soothed.
I'm pretty sure I'll never use any other facial cleanser again. It's that good. Really.
The only thing I would warn against is that if you are prone to dry skin already then you might want to be careful. My skin is kind of combination/oily, so dryness isn't a big issue, but this might be a little drying if you're prone to that already. Hope this helps! :)

Well unfortunetly this cleanser did not work for me at all. it didnt get rid of my litle acne and it actually caused like 4 big bumps on my face. and im pretty sure this was the cause because. one its litteraly the only thing i used on my face except for my moisturizer that iv used for a few months and has never made me breakout and i rarley get big acne bumps so. i used it for a whole week and i saw no change. as days went on. those big bumps just kept poping up. i really had high hopes for this product because of the reviews and the green tea but it just didnt work out for me. BTW i have acne-prone to oily sensative skin. and im tan.
