When retired from PD, people starting commenting that I was gaining weight. Family kept warning that it was getting noticable, and especially granddaughter. Mentioned it to sparring partner, who recommended Stackers. I started taking Stacker 3's and within 2 months or so I couldn't help notice women stare-ing. 6 months later, I was down from about a firm, stocky 260 lbs. to a lean, very fit looking 220 or so... and I hadn't even tried at all. Just Stacker 3's and reasonably healthy eating. I still can't stop eating. It's just crazy !!! ...but, I force myself to eat healthy most of the time,... like oatmeal, granola, trail mix, salmon, yogurt, milk, corn on the cobs, broccolli and colliflower, beans, etc... instead of cheeseburgers, french fries, donuts, chinese, chocolate, soda, pizza... Of course, I let myself go a couple of times a week, but I try to reach for the healthy stuff instead of carb or sugar rich foods. Always hungry !!! I never stop eating. ...but it seems that healthy eating and Stacker 3 supplements keep people asking me daily what my workout is. Stacker 3 definately works great,... but if caffeine is a problem, perhaps you might opt for a non-caffeinated thermogenic. Best wishes.

I started with Stacker 2 and it was good I lost 3 pounds within a few weeks so I advanced to 3 and I haven't noticed anything different. i had lapband surgery and I can't afford an adjustment so I thought the stacker would help. it's a slow process -
wont give up on 3.

Yes, it may cause some people to be jittery. But it really worked well for weight loss. I just had a baby and wanted to get back to my prime weight. I took it before pregnancy and now im back on it and im back to my normal weight again.

I had already lost 10pounds and was looking for somthing to jump start my next 10 pound weight loss...this was not it. I was on my reduced calorie diet and took a pill after each meal. I was also exercising daily. I GAINED 5 pounds back and after I took a pill I felt jittery and sick

The product worked and worked fast,i lost alot of weight while taking it but be careful because it caused me to be incredibly irritable!!!
