Parts well labelled although it was a little harder to put together without an extra hand.
Customer servive was fabulous and answered my questions. Thought part was missing but in box the whole time.
The fan as a windmill is noisey but should be expected. Would like to control chain tension.
Over quality better than expected and very happy with this product. Great value for the price

Great quality, price and customer service! Received rower in a couple of days of ordering it - easy to assemble, fold and store. Did my homework, Walgreens was the best price, look no further.

It is a bit fragile. You have to pull exactly straight and return the chain slowly to avoid the clanging sound of the chain. But for the price, it isn't a bad deal. My wife and I use it 30-40 min a day. Time will tell if it lasts.

The Stamina air rower arrived very quickly from Walgreen's and was in perfect shape. It assembled quite easily since most components were prebuit. It included everything I needed to put it together and all the bolts and nuts were sealed in position and well labeled. It rows very smoothly and looks nice. With Walgreen's pricing and delivery added, this was a great value and a very nice addition for my home exercise equipment. It gets high rating, 4 1/2 stars overall for me.

the product came missing both bolts and wires ..plus the box was extremely damaged .. horrible service
