easy to assemble. easy to use, you soon get used to not having handles so this improves you balance.

I love this machine. I use it while watching my favorite tv program. So easy to use I even added hand weights as I have no problem with balance issues it seems.

I purchased this item specifically to be used while at work. I have it underneath my desk and since my job is a sit down job it really helps to keep my blood circulating and legs moving. This little, compact machine is fantastic and very quiet.....you will not disturb your co-workers in any way. It was also relatively easy to put together. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone that sits down all day long so that you won't feel too lethargic the rest of the day!!!

Overall, I am please with my purchase. The stride is a little short, but with the compact size, I could not expect a stride that you would get with a full sized elliptical. The forward motion is not as smooth as the backward motion. I purchased this product because I do not have a lot of space and this fits perfectly and is relatively easy to move. It is heavy and needs to be in order to be stable. The assembly was really easy--less than half an hour. This product seems to be very well made.
