We blend coffees with a flavor in mind, the way a chef pulls together spices and ingredients to create a new recipe. Coffees from Latin America, Asia/Pacific and Africa/Arabia all have unique characteristics that harmonize in intriguing, surprising ways. We stop blended only when we've found that elusive taste-a balanced cup with complexity and layers of flavors not found in a single-origin coffee.

Each coffee requires slightly different amounts of time and temperature during the roasting process to create a cup at its peak of aroma, acidity, body and flavor. We classify our coffees in three roast profiles so you can easily find your desired flavor and intensity.

Use cold, filtered water and a clean machine. Measure 2 Tbsp (10g) ground coffee for every 6fl oz (180ml) water

To preserve that fresh, just-roasted flavor, keep this bag sealed tight in a cabinet (not the refrigerator) and brew within a week of opening.
