French is all about the roast. It's our darkest and boldest and not for the faint of heart. We roast the beans to their edge for a singular smoky flavor.

Recipe for Great Coffee:
Use cold, filtered water and a clean machine.   Measure 2 Tbsp (10g) ground coffee for every 6fl oz (180ml) water

To preserve that fresh, just-roasted flavor, keep this bag sealed tight in a cabinet (not the refrigerator) and brew within a week of opening.
