I totally recommend the Stayfree Ultra Thin Long w/Wings! If you are very petite, they are probably going to be a little too long for you. But for us medium/large gals they are just right in length and width. They provide excellent coverage and really do help keep you feeling dry. There IS a slight fragrance to these pads but it's nothing overpowering.

Absorbs great, is wide enough and long enough. The good thing about it is it does not feel like you are wearing a diaper.

These r so uncomfortable.
In the back they bunch up.
They're super long. I just wanted ones that were heavier than regular, but these were just long! They don't protect much, either.
