It did moderately well for my dandruff. It didn't improve my itchy scalp, but it didn't worsen it either.
A little tip: This works great as an underarm wash, thanks to the pyrithione zinc, which fights bacteria just like in some deodorants. If you're very active or have notably smelly underarms, this will do the trick when deodorant alone won't. I can go a whole day without deodorant, no bad odor, after I use this in the shower. For that reason alone, I will repurchase it.

-I had the worst drandruff and itch ever...i have tried everything even redken a more expensive brand, but this shampoo did miracles for me in my first week i noticed that i no longer had drandruff and the itch went away. Also, it smells great at a great price. This is my personal experience hope it also works for you. =D
