Rated 4 out of 5Â by low back sufferor after purshes this heating pad with straps to hold you in place has come in great hand. it doesn't take verylong to warm up a quiet nice rather hot temperure and, if your worried about falling a sleep and receiving a burn (forget about it) ot has a automatic shut downswitch after 2.5 hours great buy.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Alexandra Terrible product
I bought this heating pad less than a week ago. It's been used a total of two times, each time for less than 20 minutes. During the second use, it suddenly lost all heat, regardless of the fact that it was on the highest heat setting. This is the second Sunbeam product I've purchased in the last month that stopped working after minimal use. I would not waste my money on this piece of junk.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by hey you LOVE IT
Love it, fits my knee and back and I am nearly 200 lbs. The extra strap would have been useful if it would have had both sides of velcro and maybe 2 lenghts or ability to downsides it. Love the way there is no bag that pad keeps coming out of. Love the way it fits and is well padded. Did not notice any hot or cold spots if you use it with the proper side toward the body. Loved the thick cover, felt like I had purchased something wonderful. Had it a wk using it night and day. Going out today to hit Walgreen and buy one for my back and some for gifts. I have probably 10 pads I have purchased and hated from Day 1. Perhaps the previous complaints were not from sr. citizen with frequent use. It also might not fit skinny legs or skinny people and more straps included would give more options for those. LOVE IT!

Rated 3 out of 5Â by RoseBudd Sunbeam Flexible Heating Pad
This product sounded ideal to wrap around knees and shoulders-or any place where a conventional heating pad would be awkward. The pad is stiff and not very comfortable using as advertised. The heat was not evenly distributed along the surface--hot spots on surface. Sunbeam makes a quality product; unfortunately this product is not the one. Adding insult to injury the heating pad was not easy to control and quit working completely after 2 weeks.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by MikeB waste of time
I bought this pad because a cheaper one I had started to not heat as well. The cheaper one still gets hotter than this new one.
Should have read the reviews before I wasted my time.
