I have struggled with broken sleep for years. This formula helps you stay asleep. If I wake up in the night, instead of laying awake for hours, I can go quickly back to sleep and wake up refreshed. This is the first OTC supplement that has worked for me, and was given to me by a medical professional. It is not for long-term use, as it says on the label. It became less effective for me after taking it for 14 days straight. I use it once or twice a week now, and it never fails me.

Finally got a deep restful sleep. Nothing else worked for me. Highly recommend this product. Plus you get 90 capsules which is worth the price. Wish I took these long ago!

I have been an insomniac for 20+ years and this is the first OTC product that I have used , that really helps me sleep . Not only do I sleep , I get deep , restful sleep for 6-8 hours .
