I've tried the pastes and don't like that they leave residue on the roof of my mouth and on my denture, plus my denture still drops down some. The strips though costly, I cut them in half and just place them on the sides after rinsing the denture and it lasts all day and a tight fit which is very comfortable. So far it's the only thing that works well. I don't like or need to use adhesive except during cold months or when I have to go to a special occasion and want to feel confident, am so happy that they make these, no mess, simple and holds!
Just remember cut them dry and place them on a wet denture to it sticks to the denture and not your fingers when you apply. Then just pop them in and you're go to go!

I had been using an adhesive product. These strips are much easier to use, and they hold longer. I have found them to hold my dentures far better than the adhesives ever did.

The strips are hard to hold on to and seem to end up everywhere but my dentures. They are also quite expensive and I never can get them to hold my teeth in place for the whole day.

I prefer Poligrip Adhesive Cream to the Strips but I do think you will probably have to try both in order to know which works best for you.. The main point is that the cream "holds" better for me.

Sometimes my dentures don't sit well and become uncomfortable. These strips provide a cushion making the dentures much more tolerable. I cut each one in half before use to extend the life of the box as they are ridiculous in cost.

I really love this product, but it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! CVS seems to carry the best sales; when they do, I'll buy 4-5 boxes.
