This was my first box of tampons ever and they didn't let me down. I tried the lites first and it was very simple. It took a few tries thougth so the large quantity was important. Thse are great!!!!

I had always used pads, just because I thought tampons would be painful. This past year, I joined our colorguard team, and found that pads were uncomfortable to wear while practicing and performing. All the girls on my team recommended these to me, saying they were great.
I came to find they were right. At first, they hurt a little, but just for a split second.
Although many girls insert tampons while sitting on the toilet, I found that these are more comfortable if I stand with one foot propped on the toilet and insert it.
Overall, they're pretty great, and I always use them when I'm on my period. Thanks Tampax (:

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Kayla en pointe.. =) Love the scent, and love the tampon!! =)
I was so nervous about using scented tampax pearls at first but I came to find that they are amazing. I have never had any trouble with leaks or anything from this product, and they smell great! I much rather prefer these pearls rather than cardboard, and when I'm dancing en pointe I can't even feel em'. They are fabulous!!

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Anna Dont use these
Ouch! I am a dancer, and just heard only good things about these. Well I bought a box and they were pretty expensive. The first thing I noticed was that it was hard to get in, plastic was nice, but there was no wear where I could grip it. I inserted, stood up, and found a sharp pain. I grimced but kept on going. When I danced I could feel the tampon just sliding out.
Dont use these, use Playtex Sport!

As a teenager I was afraid to use tampons. My mom told me about tampons. O.B. was my first tampon. They never had an applicator (a huge plus), insertion (finger) was very simple, but I still preferred pads. Most pre-teens and teenagers weren't yet comfortable with their bodies as yet I guess. These things were scary to most teenagers back in the late 80's and early 90's, where I come from. TSS was also very new and very scary back then as well. My high school Gym teacher told the girls about tampons as well, and many girls had no idea what they were, where to put them, or how to use them (I was shocked). This was long before the super thin pads, and the tampax pearls design, & playtex, BEYOND, Kotex brand tampons came about. The pads were all really thick, and never stayed in place (the panty liners as well), the tampons were just plain scary and the thought of insertion of those things freaked me out as a kid. The most comfortable protection during that time for me was O.B. (if I had to wear a tampon). I was about 18 or 19 when I tried TAMPAX for the first time (this was years later) very thin pads had just started coming about in the mid 90's- but protection was still very poor. I was in the bathroom at an amusement park one summer, I had on white pants & forgot to bring extra pads. The machine only dispensed TAMPAX (as all of the machines in the public bathrooms did). I had no choice, used it and loved it. I am now 31 years old, the mother of 2 children and have come to prefer tampons over pads now. My daughter is 10 and I already spoke to her about it. I prefer she use pads until she becomes "experienced" and comfortable with her body. I have tried all the tampon brands and have always came back to TAMPAX. I prefer the flushable card board applicators over these pearl ones, simply because you can flush them along with the tampon. The pearl you have to dispense in the trash can. That can be awkward in a public bathroom.

I LOVE tampax pearl. They are the only tampons I have used since I got my period 3 years ago. The first day I got my period and told my mom, she brought these home and I fell in love with them. I was thinking about using the compak because they're so much tinier; but I don't think I can leave these they're that good.
TRY THEM! =]
