I haven't yet found one that holds completely overnight, but the Tena Superbrief is the best I've found, and Walgreen's has the best price I've found. So I'd say go for it. February 28, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by dave82 Absorbent brief These briefs are really absorbent, and due to the cloth-like exterior they are silent under clothing. They are thicker then some briefs which makes them a little more noticeable under clothing and are enough that they kind of force your legs apart if you are concerned about that and they get even worse when wet. They also lack waistbands and standing leg guards. The biggest problem is they do such a good job soaking up wetness you might not know you need a change til you find a wetspot October 1, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dave Good value for the price... Dollar for dollar, a great value. Only issue I found is the tabs will pull off the diaper of you pull to hard in an attempt to fasten the diaper tightly. Overall, Very Good. I will use this product again. August 23, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gary Excellent Diaper This diaper is great for overnight and for traveling by car or plane. With the velcro tabs they can be taken down if needed if you are not bowel incontinent. You can extend the capacity with a boost pad added. I almost never have leaks at night with these diapers. Give them a try-for the price they are excellent. March 18, 2012
