This rail is very strong and you will note it also has legs to the floor that go between the side rail of bed and mattress in addition to the 2 supports that go between mattress and box spring. I weigh 278# and getting in/out of bed take some effort and that bedrail is very helpful and strong. It does not shift its placement during use. Worth the price,

Pros: Easy To Assemble

I bought this for my Dad (90 yrs old). He wasn't sleeping in bed because he had difficulty getting out of the bed. The Bed Rail Assist has allowed him to get a good night sleep in his bed with the ability to get out of the bed in the morning. I just wish we had thought of this sooner!
