Cool Gel Pad (from the Nursing Care Instant Relief System) in a domestic refrigerator for 3 hours. Insert Gel Pad into a fresh Treatment Sleeve. Place white, treated side of Sleeve against skin for 20 minutes. Remove, discard Sleeve, return Gel Pad to refrigerator or freezer. May be used up to 3 times a day as needed.
