this is an excellent cold pack that cover most of the back and the blue side is comparable to the one used in therapy at the orthopedic doctor. No freezer burn with that. I absolutely love it.

Dont buy this. Arrived broken and had to return at local store. They didn't even carry it. Purchased another one that ended up being better quality

These ice packs are the best I've found for the money. Purchased for use at Long term care facility and the ease of use and effectivness is the best yet. Staff as well as pateints can't say enough about these. Have had many ask where I got these from so that they too can have for home use. Will surely be purchasing more as the need arises.
