Starting with the Chocolate Chip Cookie, Nestle® Toll House® Morsels have brought your family the very best in baking for over 70 years.
Store at room temperature and avoid extreme temperatures. For both recipes prepare the below: For Brownie Batter You Will Need: 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted. 2 tablespoons water. 1 large egg. Stir Brownie Mix, melted butter, water and egg in a large bowl until well blended. Add half of the Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Morsels. Stir in morsels with a spoon. For Cookie Dough You Will Need: 5 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened. 1 tablespoon water. Beat softened butter in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add Cookie Mix; mix until small crumbs form (about 1 minute). Add Water; beat until dough forms (about 60 seconds). Stir in remaining morsels with spoon. The Nestle Toll House Kitchen recommended using butter. Cookie-Brownie Delight Bars: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Prepare brownie batter and cookie dough as instructed above. Spread brownie batter into pan. Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoons evenly onto brownie batter. Bake for 23 to 27 minutes or until cookie dough is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Store tightly covered. Cookie-Brownie Delight Cups: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grade 12 muffin cups. Prepare brownie batter and cookie dough as instructed above. Divide brownie batter evenly into muffin cups. Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoon onto each cup of brownie batter. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until cookie dough is golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes in pans. Remove cups to wire rack to cool completely. Store tightly covered. High Altitude Instruction (3,500 to 6,500 ft.) for each kit: For Bars: Bake 27 minutes. For Cups: Bake 22 minutes.
