Rated 2 out of 5 by mimi Disappointed I really like everything about it although my only complaint would be I personally think the soft silicone tip is not what I would consider soft at all. If it would have been available in the store & I had seen this before buying it I would not have spent that much money on it because of that issue it is uncomfortable. Make the silicone tip much softer & it would be worth every penny & It would be a winner all the way around. March 11, 2013
