With Magnesium & Vitamin D Twinlab Calcium Citrate Chewable Wafers contain a soluble and chelated form of calcium that is easily absorbed. This makes them a great calcium supplement for children and adults with low levels of stomach acid, those who have difficulty swallowing and digesting large calcium tablets, or for individuals with greater calcium needs. Our formula contains a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium. We've also doubled the serving of Vitamin D3 to 800 IU of vitamin D (per adult serving) to aid in calcium absorption.* Double the Vitamin D3 and a great new flavor, all in a wafer that's 40% smaller than before.

Each chewable wafer is lightly sweetened with sucrose. Contains no added corn, soy, yeast, wheat, milk or egg products. No salt, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives used. This product is packaged in a glass bottle for maximum stability and freshness.

As a dietary supplement for Adults and children four or more years of age:  4 wafers daily preferably with a meal 

For post menopausal women: 6 wafers daily preferably with a meal.

Children under 4 years of age:  2 wafers daily.
