The lift seat has helped not only my husband, but also myself. He is happy to be able to get out of chairs by himself, and it has given me the relief from pain in my back and leg from lifting him so frequently. It gives a boost in rising up out of a chair, and also helps in not allowing him to just plop down. The ability to fold up for carrying is also good, but it does take some strength to fold it and reset it. I highly recommend this lift seat!

The seat helps you stand up by just leaning forward when you're trying to stand up. We use in in the wheel chair as well as chairs around the house. It's easy to carry along with you. If you have to have someone assist you when you're trying to stand up this will give you back your freedom to stand up alone. It's our 3rd one. We do use it a lot. There is different seats according to your weight. There is adjustments to control the stiff settings.

A great product & works as advertized.The only down side is it lasts only about one year.

My Sister has fibromyalgia and she works at a desk. She has great difficulty getting up from her seat on most days and with this push up seat, it has made her life at the desk easier since she constantly has to get up and down all day long. She says it really helps and has made her life much easier at work.

Worked great at first than it stopped and did not go shut. Bought another working great but the cover will not stay on the seat.

This product is OK for a small person but if you a larger person like I am it is a uncomfortable.
I do want to say, however, that this product does work as stated just too hard a surface to sit on for a long period of time.
