When using these products
- do not use more than directed. In addition, when using NyQuil Sinex Nighttime Sinus Relief:
- excitability may occur, especially in children

- alcohol, sedatives, & tranquilizers may increase drowsiness
Stop use and ask a doctor if
- redness or swelling is present
- symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanied by a fever
- you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless
- fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days
- fever gets worse
- new symptoms occur
