This thing is 100% junk. You would be better off pouring hot water in a bowl and putting a towel over your head. If I could give it a score of zero I would.

I just want to say I think the mix up is the name of the product it says vapoSTEAM which might lead one to believe there will actually be steam coming out of it and there IS NOT ...not calling others liars but you did not get steam from this system be HONEST...what i did get is some vapors I just got it so time will tell if this works...honestly i forget company but one of them made a lil styrofoam type cup that you dropped a vicks selzer tab in and it produced more steam than this contraption.

This product is very soothing and helpful for singers and others who use their voices a lot. It helps inflammation to heal quicker.

Rated 4 out of 5 by stuffy nose I would buy this product again and again
Just fill with hot water drop a vicks scent pad into the water, pop the lid on and breath in the vapors. There is no plugs to worry about, you can move around the house or office no worry from wires or spills. The water does cool pretty fast but vicks vopors are still doing the job for 8 hours.

It is waste of money, The product says add warm water not boiling, warm water does not gives steam or effect on nose. I was expecting something good but its just waste of money, it should have some electric wire connection to heat the water cause the warm water cools down at room temperature in 2 seconds and does not works. On product they have said do not add boiling water how can a warm water generate steam for the noise.
