It's TOO SMALL.
I like the idea that you can use it
with a cold medicine,but overall the humidifier is way too small and releases just a tiny bit of steam.

I love this humidifier! I have had different kinds, and I really like the warm air feature. Cool mist humidifiers get water droplets and "white dust" all over everywhere, and evaporative units have those pesky filters to buy and replace. Also, the boiling water feature makes me worry less about fungi and other nasties growing in the water tank. Maintenance is relatively simple - vinegar soak every week or so. My only complaint is that the water tank is too small, and must be refilled twice a day on "High".

Yes, humidifiers have come a long way in 20 years - since I last used one. This one is working very well for me. It is simple to use, and fairly quiet. It has helped with dry sinuses after it became cold outside. The heat is running more, and the air fairly crackled until I purchased this product. Love the warm air feature.

The vaporizer is a good size and the container is easy to remove for refills. The vapor is not very strong but is still visible. It keeps the 10x12 feet room warm.
Cons: the metal heating component must be cleaned out regularly due to mineral buildup. I have used it more a month now and I didn't realize why there was less vapors, until I took it apart and cleaned it out. It's probably because I use regular facet water tho.
