I've been taking a Calcium supplement for some time -- you know, those huge "horse pills" that must be swallowed. At the same time, I'd come across the VitaFusion MultiVitamins for kids; mine love them and don't have to be forced to take them. I then saw there was a gummy multivitamin for adults and switched out my stinky vitamins for these. I was only recently made aware that VitaFusion offers many other types of vitamins and supplements (Walgreen's seems to have the widest variety by far - trust me, I checked 6-8 websites!). These are so delicious, I wish I could eat a whole handful every day as a treat! I cannot recommend this brand or product highly enough. There's no strange aftertaste, no stomach upset, nothing negative whatsoever. Give them a try - you will not regret it!!

I purchase these gummies for my daughters who need extra calcium right now during their teenage years, but are not very good about taking "pills".
These gummies have a great fruity taste to them that both the girls love. It is never a challenge to get them to take their vitamins anymore!

Gummies are the best alternative to having to chew up or swallow huge bad tasting calcium tablets. These gummies taste like fruit chews. I get my daily calcium and vitamin D without suffering from lactose intolerance and stomach upset.
