For years I have been trying to find a vitamin I could tolerate. With myriad food intolerances and digestive issues, it has been a nightmare! Then along came VitaFusion Gummies! Now, I am on a regular vitamin regimen, and am feeling so much better! I take multi's, omega 3's, calcium, Vita D, Vita B, Vita C, and Immune Support, and I feel stronger every day. I love the line of VitaFusion gummies. I'm not one to take vitamins, but I do love candy. And chewing two gummies a day is SO easy---I never forget.
But these are not the tastiest of the brand, and they're a little too chewy. The GOOD news is that they have NO fishy smell or taste at all. And overall, I would rather eat two of these than take two huge oily pills.
So, I do recommend them. Especially for people who don't like taking pills or can't take large pills.

This is an easy way to get your Omega 3 without the fishy taste. I definitely will purchase these again.
