I bought this item in-store a week ago, and both brushes are now broken. The first brush was ruined on the first use, no exaggeration. The design is a poor one. The wire that acts as the stem is folded over 3 small, blue sponges that are secured in place with a small plastic cap over the end of the wire. Any tug, like when it gets caught on the rim of the bottle, on that cap removes it, and the sponges come out from under the wire. It is difficult to replace the sponges in the correct alignment and the brush is in essence, broken. Do not buy this thing, it will frustrate you.
