I bought this product less than a year ago. I have three boys and only used this product maybe 4 times total. The first time using it, it kept shutting off. Last week, we got the product out to cut my son's hair again, and it didn't even turn on and it's an electric motor. Will NOT buy this brand again. Also used the same number that my son's get at a professional place and it came out so much shorter than it does professionally done. Not impressed at all!

The clipper blades slid out of alignment within 3 minutes of using this product, making it completely non-functional. I tightened the screws and tried again and the same thing happened.
After exchanging for a new one, the same thing happened. Don't waste your time with this product. Not only does it not work, I also have to doubt the safety of this product with blades that slide around so easily.
