This chair was not as easy to put together as previous reviews had stated. Some pictures would have helped in the assembly instruction. With some hard thinking we got it assembled. Works great going up and down. Very firm, but good for my posture. The shipper lost the chair the first time. This chair arrived in just 3 days.

Simply wonderful, so easy to put together, worse part was the huge box it came in, otherwise 1-2-3!!! Price was great, although I wish I had waited 1-2 weeks when it went on sale, oh well!!!
