Cons: may be too minty

I was very happy to find this lower priced alternative to Bert's Bees and other natural ingredient lip balms. It is not drying, and does not cause flaking like so many lip products do. I did not experience tackiness, and it has become my "go to" product when the heat comes on in the house and drying occurs to my hair, skin, etc. The mintiness may be too much for some, but overall I am pleased to get name brand quality for a lower price.

Seemingly identical product to the higher priced brand name competitor. Goes on smoothly and has that tingling cooling feeling. I highly recommend this product.

Disappointing Replacement

Cons: Difficult To Apply

Walgreen's briefly had a beeswax lip balm under their Apothecary label that I loved. I've been carefully hoarding the one stick of it I purchased. I saw this one and thought perhaps they were just taking it out of the Apothecary line, but the similarities end with the word Beeswax on the label. It's almost impossible to apply - my lips felt rougher after trying to run the stick over them.

The worst lip balm I have ever tried. It was so thick it would not go on smoothly and once I got it on, my lips kept sticking together as if I had used a glue stick. I tried it twice just to make sure I did not have anything else on my lips prior to the first application.
