I have had blackheads on my face my entire life and nothing has ever seemed to help. After using this scrub every night for a week, I am amazed at how it has removed most of my blackheads. I will continue to use it and soon they will All be gone. Great Stuff!

Let me just say that I've tried an array of blackhead/acne clearing skin care products, and I have to confirm that after the first wash of using this cleanser my black/whiteheads dried up and were literally ready to pop out of my face- I know that sounds rather gross, but it really scrubbed all of the bacteria out of my pores. I have been using Neutrogena's Anti-Wrinkle/Anti-Blemish Cleanser (refer to my review on this product here on Walgreens.com), and although I will continue using this cleanser because it's gentle on the eyes and keeps my face wrinkle-free at the tender age of 40, I still tend to develop black/whiteheads and came to the conclusion that I needed a scrub specifically designed to suck the life out black/white heads. Therefore, I decided to purchase the Walgreens Version of Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrub, and I'm so glad I did.
After the second wash of using Walgreen's Blackhead Clearing Scrub is when I saw the blackheads release from my face; for after I rinsed my face I could see some blackheads in the sink. I'm amazed at the results that a store brand acne product has been able to provide me with. I absolutely love this cleanser and will continue my daily routine along with my regular skin care regimen cleanser!
How I Use This Cleanser: Wet face and pour a nickle size of the micro-bead cleanser into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together and apply to your acne-prone/black/white head areas (cheeks, chin, forehead, nose, etc.), and rub in a circular motion for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. I use in the morning and at night but if you have very sensitive skin you may want to try using it once a day. Continue to use your regular cleanser for makeup/anti-wrinkle purposes. This cleanser should not be used around your eye area because it's specifically for acne.

i honestly didnt think walgreens would be this good! it makes my skin feel incredibly soft and it does what it says. i use this with clean and clean astringent and they work together in a great way. good job!
