Rated 4 out of 5 by Zara 600 vs 1200 There is a lot of research out there that says you cannot absorb more than 400 to 600 mg of calcium at a time...thats why you take it numerous times a day...a 1200mg dose would be wasting your money. So this one is perfect dosage. July 21, 2011
