Leakage barrier helps prevent leakage
Adhesive strip helps keep guard securely in place
Contoured design: to fit the male anatomy

Peel off paper strip
Place cupped end of guard toward crotch or back of underwear. The top edge of the guard should be near the front of the waistband
Press guard into underwear, adhesive side down
Pull underwear up into place and adjust the cupped end so it cups the testicles
Dispose of soiled guard in sanitary manner. Do not flush

These guards seem to be less absorbent than the guards we ordered about a year ago. Apparently the manufacturer of the Walgreens guards was changed?
The ones we are receiving now are not as good as they once were.
Wish that the guards could be more absorbent.

Different Pad Lengh with same UPC

The men's Pad very helpful and practical.
Some time I fined in Walgreen's store different Pad length with same UPC (3 11917 09436 6; Item 535700.) The longer is no individually wrapped but more effective (can absorb more fluid). Individually wrapped is a little shorter and unwrapping take more time for opening.

Cons: inadequate glue, individual packing distorts shape, individual package is difficult to handle

Because of major sujrgery, I am very incontinent. I use 6-8 pads aday, and I am always alert for sales on male guards. Because of excellent pricing, I have in my closet at least a dozen pzckages of "Certainty Guards for Men"
Reently, I have been having more "accidents", resulting sometimes in wet trousers.
I have discovered that the Certainty Guards glue is inadequate- in other words the pad changes position in my shorts, resulting in the wet clothing.
I will talk to a store manager to let them know that I will be bringing back a dozen packages.
Also, I do not like the new packaging. It distorts the shape of the pad, makes it narrower. And, it is a nuisance to have to rip a package open when I need a "change". I called the 800 number and was told that this would be the packaging on most brands, not just Walgreens

Pros: Capacity, Comfort, adhesive

This is a very comfortable male guard. Good capacity, will last several hours, bepending on your degree of incontinence. Adhesive holds well inside briefs, easily repositioned if needed.
