I have not found any brand that gives me a better fit. It is critical to me that this product would continue to be sold. I would give it five stars if absorbency could be enhanced. For serious cases, where there is no control, quite a few diapers are used daily. It could be no product has come up with a great fit that also has super-super max absorbency. This is the best combination on the market to my knowledge. I have tried major online specialty, off brand, as well as most shelf brands. Only Walgreens' product comes close to meeting my needs. I would like to see them make a sizing package. It would help customers so much to have a packet of one diaper for a couple of sizes. The purchase of such a package is helpful, when a person is going through choosing a product. Bottom line, in my opinion, Walgreens' adult undergarment is the best. Fit is superlative, absorbency is above average and cost is top value. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

ABSORBENCY IS POOR. AFTER USING THREE OF THE UNDERWEAR, I SUBSTITUDED IT WITH COTTON TOWELS.
