Dentures, removable bridges and orthodontic appliances should be cleaned regularly, at least once each day.  Drop one tablet into enough very warm water (not hot) to cover denture partial or appliance.  Immediately place denture, partial or appliance in effervescing solution for 15 minutes.  When blue color fades to clear, dentures are clean.  It is safe to soak full dentures in solution overnight.  Remove and rinse dentures thoroughly in running water - they are now fresh and ready for use.  Long-standing stains may need extra soaking.  Keep in a cool, dry place.
