After reading all of the negative comments on here I thought I had bought the wrong product. I went ahead and tried it anyway since I was just miserably uncomfortable. I used it during the day time because I just honestly wasn't going to wait until night time. I had a bit of a problem with the applicator but once I got it to stay in place it did not fall out like others had happen in their reviews. 10 hours after insertion I feel 100% better! Will definitely use again! I was very pleased with this product. No itching or burning what so ever.

Shortly after inserting the 'egg' I went to the restroom and it fell out! So I got no relief at all! It says 100% Satisfaction I'm tempted to take the box back to Walgreens and ask for refund of my $16!!

Worked great and didn't burn, just tingled a bit. Best used at night just before bed since it could get a bit messy and leak out. Make sure not to stuff the capsule-like medication onto the applicator as it will stay stuck and not release once inside. The ointment helped reduce the itchiness and soreness around my female part. Woke up the next morning and viola no more YI! Will use again if ever needed.

My return.
I've tried the 1 day miconazole before and it is okay for early YI. The problem I had is product quality and design.
The applicator is not prefilled or DIY. It comes with and egg that is inserted into the top of the applicator.
The product claims for day-or-night, which I do not recommend since it leaks or discharges like any other Miconozale product.
As far as style, the egg is placed at the top of the applicator--you can read the manual-- and is punctured at the tip once inserted. This happens to be closer to the vg canal entrance. You wonder will the egg dissolve. It does. You also wonder if the medication is dispersed evenly. I assume.
I plan to try the 3-day Miconozale during my next YI.
Until then, BOL and write reviews.

I purchased this product because I had been taking a "boatload" of antibiotics for my skin and an ear infection. I decided to try this product after having to cancel a GYN appt due to an "unscheduled" mentrual cycle. As a previous user indicated, the softgel did not insert as described leaving an awful mess. . A few mintues afer inserting, I started experiencing an internal itch like I have never experienced before. It was horrific. If I had a douche, I would have used it just to stop the insatiable need to scratch internally. I would definitely not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by consumer Softgel insert would not detach from applicator
I inserted the softgel insert as directed and it would not detach itself from the applicator. I ended up with a mess because the softgel broke in the process. Therefore I had the cream everywhere except where it was supposed to be. In the past I had purchased Monistat 1 but decided to use this product instead to save a couple bucks. You get what you pay for. :-(
