Simple set-up and a short 5 to 15 minute treatment helps relieve nasal and throat symptoms. Slowly pour water into the product base.  Use water only.  Place facial attachment on top of the base.  Turn unit on and wait for steam to form.  To use inhaler, replace facial attachment with inhaler attachment.
