From my experience you have to use it very systematically and often during the day( I didn't let my scar dry;) in order for ti to work. But it worked miracles for me. No it didn't make scars smaller, it made them completely DISAPPEAR!!!! One scar was very old and thick and one was a cigarette burn, and you couldn't tell now that I had scars in those places. And I have same tube for maybe years and for some reason still works just fine:D that tells you that it's worth the money and even though i used a lot (although my scars weren't that big) it lasts for ever.

I read about scar gel and decided to buy walgreens brand. Used for 1month faithfully and didnt work. Im trying the brand now and noticing some changes

I bought this product a few weeks ago for my mild acne scars and because I'am African American its hard to find something that would help my skin type. For the first few days it was a tad bit irritable I guess because my face/skin had to get use to it but after that it was smooth sailing. There is no annoying smell, a bit greasy BUT I'AM SEEING RESULTS. I still use a little bit of make up to help hide the scars however I'am starting to use less each day. Some people know others dont but using a powdered foundation can help conceal the medicine being used. I would recommend this product if you dont want to spend an extra $10-$15 on the other competition
