I give this product 4 stars because of its great absorbency however the sides get torn to easily and for a person who tosses in their sleep thats a problem for me

This works with both Pee And Poop. Holds a lot u can use it as a normal infant diaper but feels looks like underwear. Does tho show in pajamas and jeans and shorts, waist band pretty high for sleepwear. Also has a lot more adsorbent where u need it most. I only had it leak once when i peed twice and had B.M(bowl movement). I also had some bad Mexican Food and i a had diarrhea bad and these sleep pants saved me so much time to clean up underwear. I have a boyfriend and he also wets the bed and he loves them too.

I have a 9 year old non verbal autistic son about 80 lbs almost 4 and a half feet tall. my husband and I went thru so many brands and different kinds of diapers once he outgrew the reg. diapers. I highly recommended these to EVERYONE especially any parent with a child that may have a disability. The fitting is perfect, it can hold overnight without going thru, and it's easy 2 change we tear them off from the sides! GO FOR IT give it a try! BEST PRODUCT EVER!!!!

I only recently made the switch to this brand of...sleep pants. It was acutally a fluke how it happened; one that seemed to work out. I liked this product from the start for several reasons, the main being that they hold quite a bit (more than Goodnites and Underjams, surprisingly).
However, there is one thing I didn't like about them. I noticed the second time I wore them, was that one side is slightly smaller that the other; the left leg hole is slightly smaller than the right. I wondered if I may have gotten a defective package but the last few packages have all been the same. Other than that one detail, I find that they are very quiet when I walk around at the house and don't have a bunch of baby designs on them like some other similar products.

This is a great product! I use these for myself during the night for bed-wetting. They're comfortable, non-leaking, don't ride up, and a great deal. I have a few incontinence problems and these work for more than just bed-wetting (to put it cleanly). I would highly suggest buying these sleep pants!
