The bottle top is a measuring cap marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the indicated line (white section in cap).
Adults and children 17 years of age and older:

Stir and dissolve in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) then drink.
Use once a day.
Use no more than 7 days.

Children 16 years of age or under: ask a doctor.

Store at 20°-25°C (68°-77°F)
Tamper-evident: do not use if printed foil seal under cap is missing, open or broken

Really like Smooth-Lax. It's just as good as Miralax and not as expensive. Keeps me regular with no side effects. My husband loves it too. We use it daily. Highly recommend it to anyone with colon problems.

Pros: No Side Effects

My 6-year-old son and I both use this product. My son was getting frequent gas and stomachaches. Since taking the laxative, he has complained a lot less often of stomach problems. I was experiencing frequent constipation. Since taking the laxative, that has decreased.
