Tried several times and it never worked. Once I took it on a night I needed a good night's sleep and I ended up staying awake all night

This sleep aid works as long as I don't expect it to knock me out. By that I mean, it makes me sleepy and relaxed and then I have to turn off my mind and I will go to sleep.
