When it worked, it worked fine but didn't hold the charge so I had to keep it plugged in all night. It only lasted a few months and stopped working completely. I was going to purchase the same kind until I read some of these posts. Guess I'll spend more $ and purchase another brand.

Had to refill 4 times to get all my teeth cleaned and even then felt rushed and not sure I got all areas well. Not able to control flow like tabletop units. Unit too big to handle comfortably. Good idea but poorly executed.

I purchased the item as a gift....first the Walgreens process online was easy and efficient....I recieved the item very fasssst....it was a reasonable price...fair market...the reciever of the gift lovvvvved it...!!! Thanks.

Works as advertised. I love it,as I always get a better review of my mouth when I go to the dentists, than when I don't use this. My only complaint is that they "break" too easily!!!

Water pick's are great, but this is not the one. I had similar problems to others posted here with the battery and the small water reservoir. My water pick quit working after 2 months, and did not hold a charge well when it was functioning.
Also, it does not hold enough water. I would have to refill in the middle of using it, which is quite annoying.
