Apply 20 sprays to desired area of the skin. Do not spray in eyes or on face.  Avoid contact on other sensitive areas.  Massage well onto the skin for best results.  If desired  rinse well after 20-30 minutes and rinse with White Egret's Alpha Lipoic System.

Additional Application Method:  Add 1-2 oz of Topical Magnesium Spray for Sensitive Skin to your daily foot soak and soak feet for 20 minutes.

Attention:  As the product dries on your skin, you may notice a mineral residue resembling salt.  This is normal.  Simply wipe off residue with a damp washcloth or rinse off in the shower.
