Pros: Easy on Stomach, Simple To Take, Effective, Easy To Swallow

Compared to other iron pills, there are no negative side effects. Effectively boosts the iron level in my blood which was significantly low.

Pros: Simple To Take, Effective, Easy To Swallow, Easy on Stomach

I've been taking it for years on an empty stomach with vitamin C. It does not upset my stomach. It does not contain unnecessary & harmful artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. It's great!

caused leg cramp

Pros: Simple To Take, Effective, Easy To Swallow

My doctor prescribed two tablets daily. After a few months, a leg cramp developed in my right leg that lasted for 10 months. No physician, neurologist, physical therapist or MRI could determine any diagnosis and all have said it was not from the iron tablets, but the cramp intensified when I resumed use and partially diminished when I stopped use.
