1. Bring your foot over your knee.  Make sure the YakTrax label is facing out.  Hook the front of your YakTrax Walker over the toe of your shoe and stretch to cover the sole.
2. Securely fasten the heel tab to the back heel of your shoe.
3. Check both sides of your shoe to make sure the perimeter of the YakTrax Walker is securely over the side of your shoe.
