Pros: starts off very sharp

Cons: Poor Design

The handle projects below the edge of the blade. This means the only part of the knife you use is the point. As this type of knife is brittle, that means you have a useless knife in no time at all.

Pros: sharpest knife out there, comes with great peeler., still as white and sharp as 1st time i used it, easy to clean with water

Cons: Not Dishwasher Safe, clean very carefully by hand, not for chopping, not for kids' use

I love mine. Very Sharp! be very careful . But slices through soft and hard foods like butter! Sliced through artichoke ends like a dream! I like the peeler too.
