these pills are frigging magical. i started taking them about a year ago, my highest weight was 230 lbs (im 5'8).i started by taking 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening. they COMPLETELY curb my appetite and make me get full way faster. i was losing up to 2 pounds a day with the help of these and dieting,but even on days i didnt diet i could still lose weight just by taking these pills. idk if they work for everyone though,my moms tried them too and they dont work as well for her although she does notice the energy boost. the one downside is they definitely give you an anxious/antsy/jittery/naseous feeling sometimes if you dont eat or drink enough water. anyways, overall ive lost 65 pounds so far,still got a long way to go:]

I hate to say it, but I love it

On average I weigh about 160 lbs, I'm 5'8", and I have children, I always try eating well a exercising moderately. I started taking these 2 weeks ago, and I will admit, the first day I took them, I DID NOT feel well. Super anxious, and a little sick to my stomach. But, that may also be because I drank a coffee with it. However, I kept at it. I love coffee, so I switched to decaf, I take 2 before breakfast ( which is usually a banana and yogurt) 2 before lunch (usually a seafood salad) 1 before a fruit snack in the afternoon and one before dinner. It's hard for me to make 2 separate dinners for my kids and I, so I just eat less at dinner. I've lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. They don't keep me up at night, and the sick/anxious feeling subsided and I do have energy ALL day, it motivates me to want to work out. I can assume if someone isn't used to caffeine these will mess you up, but I'm used to drinking 4-5 latte's per day....I love this product.

Pros: fast weight loss

I highly recomend this product. I take 1 in the morning and 1 arround 3pm, you have to eat at least 1 hour after taking the pill and drink a lots of water, otherwise you are going to get headaches and nausea.
I started with 2 at a time then I realize that it was to much for me.
I lost 1 pound daily in the first month.

this did not work at all followed instructions for weight loss took two pills 15 mins before biggest meal of the day i also did wii fit for an hour a day ate less and i lost nothing..i didnt even get energy from this product i was more tired after i took the product than before dont waste ur money

Lost 10 Pounds In The first 2 weeks!

I put on weight and was up to 170lbs! I started taking Zantrex-3 in 2007. I change what i ate in the first 2 week I lost 10 lbs. & over the coarse of 1 year i lost 50 more pounds. I now weight 110lbs. I hate to exercise & did not exercise during the course of my weight loss! The Weight Just Can Off! I have continued to take this product to this date 2010 & I have kept the weight off. I like this product because when I take it (Nothing Sounds Good to eat)& (I would fill up my plate like usual & end up full quickly & unable to finish my plate of FOOD!) I chose light foods to eat. I ate Salad with Fat free dressing - Fish such as shrimp(frozen pre cooked)- canned tuna- Green giant frozen vegetable in the single serve boxes- Low fat crackers - Low fat soup.
The only side affects I have are light dizziness, Nervousness and once in a while nausea feeling.
