Replacement Conductive Pads for Body Relax II (Model: 21057)

• 2" x 2" Reusable
• Multistick gel for use with Body Relax II support belt

1. Remove protective film from Grid side of conductive pads.
2. Position the Grid side down centrally on the market area.
3. Remove remaining protective film from conductive pads (save film for later use).
4. Connect cables to belt.
5. Position belt correctly around your waist.

Storage

1. Leave pads on the belt, but cover with protective film (saved from point 3 above)
2. Disconnect wires and roll belt up. Place in storage bag.
