I miss the nasal gel swabs, but this works just as well if not better. I always keep it on hand so that if I start to get that funny feeling in the back of the throat I can start the Zicam, and I haven't had a really seriously bad cold in years. It's important to me because I have asthma and have been hospitalized in the past with bronchitis brought on by an ordinary cold. I don't even worry about that much anymore. Wish the darned things tasted better, but the good effect is worth a minor bad taste in the mouth.

I'm happy to report that it's December and I have not experienced the annual winter cold that usually comes around the holidays. I received this product to test from the BzzAgent, so I have been taking the chews. They taste good, a cherry flavor that's not too strong. It's easy to take a chew, because I don't have to remember to get water or plan ahead. The only down side is that the chew feels a little weird when you're chewing it. So far, I've been cold free after my first day of sniffles. I've been really happy about that. This product is easy to take, tastes great, and has worked for me.
